B&B Hotels - KTM are yet to make the announcement but reports are coming about the team's future, which unlike some of it's rivals, is looking much brighter as the team will welcome a new title sponsor - Carrefour - and a budget increase for the coming years.
The news were advanced in the last few days, Carrefour - a traditional title sponsor inside the Tour de France - will look to increase it's budget expenditure in cycling and will be investing in a French team, which has been founded in 2018 and still has a lot of room to expand. The new budget of the team is said to be between 15 and 18 million euros, superior to several World Tour teams.
Where that money will be invested is still a relative mystery, as the team carries no ambitions to join the World Tour for the coming year and it lacks a squad of big hitters who can battle for races in the first division of the sport.
Among the riders rumoured to be of interest for the French team are the likes of Mark Cavendish, Dylan Teuns, Michael Matthews and Alexis Vuillermoz who are all without contract for the coming year and could strengthen the core of the team.
