Bas Tietema back to competition and eyeing Dutch national championships

Dutch Youtuber and pro cyclist Bas Tietema has been a frequent appearance on the news early in the season due to his popularity and ambition to ride the cobbled classics with Bingoal Pauwels Sauces WB, and now he's preparing for the second half of the season.

Tietema, 27, has made a series on his preparation and riding at Paris-Roubaix where he finished the race outside the time limit, however a big achievement for the Dutchman who only got a pro contract at the beginning of February.

After a resting period, he has returned to competition at the Veenendaal-Veenendaal Classic where he DNF, and will race at tomorrow's Elfstedenronde Brugge. He will be participating in the national championships that will take place over the VAM-berg, before focusing on future goals with the Belgian team.
