One of the big questions for
Milano-Sanremo is how well
Arnaud De Lie will do. One of the biggest wildcards, the Belgian team is ready to back the young Belgian up, whilst also having sprinting ambitions with former runner-up
Caleb Ewan.
The 'Pocket Rocket' has in two different occasions finished second at Sanremo and is definitely an outsider. However as the race becomes harder from earlier on year by year it will be a tough task. Nevertheless Ewan starts as an outsider, having his block of
Jacopo Guarnieri,
Jasper De Buyst and
Jarrad Drizners present to help with positioning.
Frederik Frison is also present for the same purpose, whilst the team's only climbing option is
Maxim van Gils who's shown good form on punchy terrain earlier in the year.

$3,700/ €3,500/ £3,075 in prizes! It's a team fully focused on the possibility of a sprint. Arnaud De Lie can be the team's biggest card. Having shown at the Bretagne Classic the endurance to race a 6-hour event at his best level, he will be a dangerous rider. Multiple stage winner on hilly days early in the year and second at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, the 20-year old will be a very dangerous weapon in case the race reaches the Via Roma more compact that normal.
