The 2025 Tour de France will take place from the 5th to 27th of July and this year will be special. Not only will we have a mythical GC battle between Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard once again alongside their mega-teams, but we will also have a start-studded sprinter field with a yellow jersey opportunity on day 1, and plenty of classics specialists who will be here in their absolute best form as the first week of the race features plenty of hilly stages. We follow the lineup announcement of every single team here.
22 teams take part in the Tour de France this year, including all 18 World Tour outfits, including UAE Team Emirates - XRG and Team Visma | Lease a Bike, who have the main favourites for the overall classification, such as Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard. Lotto Dstny and Israel - Premier Tech have obtained direct wildcards from having been the two best UCI-point scoring teams in 2024 that aren't part of the World Tour. TotalEnergies, Uno-X Mobility and Tudor Pro Cycling Team have received the final three wildcards.
