Reigning World Champion Tom Pidcock is understandably hitting the headlines since he returned to cyclocross over the last few weeks, having already taken a couple of wins with his new rainbow jersey. The Briton will spend the next month and a half deciding on if he will compete at the World Championships, but the rest of his calendar has been picked.
According to a report by Het Nieuwsblad, Pidcock is likely to step away from cyclocross briefly after the Dublin World Cup this weekend, where he is likely to join the INEOS Grenadiers team in a training camp in Mallorca - as all World Tour teams currently are.
He will return to competition at the Exact Cross Mol on the 23rd of December and go on into a packed Christmas racing block. He will participate in the new World Cup circuit in Benidorm, however the decision on whether he will participate in the World Championships or not remains to be made.
Provisional calendar for Tom Pidcock for remaining 2022-2023 season:
23/12: Exact Cross Mol;
26/12: World Cup Gavere;
