KNWU has revealed its selection for the CX World Cup Dublin. Lars van der Haar will lead the men, and Fem van Empel will take charge of the women’s team.
Mathieu van der Poel is skipping the Dublin World Cup. He secured two victories for the team in Hulst and Antwerp, but this time team will have to depend on Lars van der Haar and others for the podium.
Puck Pieterse and Fem van Empel provide the team with some much-needed stability. Both of them have shown their capabilities of producing results in the last few weeks. Van Empel took five victories in World Cup for the team, whereas Pieterse added two victories.
Dutch Elite Men for World Cup Dublin: Lars van der Haar, Pim Ronhaar, Mees Hendrikx, Corne van Kessel, Joris Nieuwenhuis, Stan Godrie and Luke Verburg.
Dutch Elite Women For World Cup Dublin: Fem van Empel, Denise Betsema , Puck Pieterse, Inge van der Heyden and Manon Baker.
