Eli Iserbyt takes first win as Belgian national champion at Cyclocross Ottegem; Cameron Mason second

Eli Iserbyt has had the most successful weekend of his season so far. After becoming Belgian national champion at long last, the Pauwels Sauzen - Bingoal made it a two for two as he came across the line first at the Cyclocross Ottegem.

In a weekend dominated by the Worlds, few riders made the trip to Belgium for Ottegem. A modest lineup took to the start, of which Iserbyt did not struggle to distance. He beat British champion Cameron Mason by 22 seconds. Alpecin-Deceuninck's Jente Michels finished third wrapping off the podium. In the women's race, Marion Norbert Riberolle was the victor ahead of Sanne Cant.
