VIDEO: Primoz Roglic recovers from Geraint Thomas attack to gap him on the line

After almost three weeks of racing the Giro d'Italia remains on a knife-edge. With Joao Almeida, Geraint Thomas and Primoz Roglic making late attacks, the end difference was a three-second gain for the Slovenian.

When Thomas made his move it looked as if Roglic was initially in some trouble as he began to lose the wheel. Incredibly gaining some second wind however the Jumbo-Visma leader powered back to the Welshman, overtook him and actually gapped him on the line, gaining three seconds.
