Trek-Segafredo rumoured to be considering Nairo Quintana signing after Antonio Tiberi's departure

Another week where Nairo Quintana is a free agent and another week where rumours abound about where the Colombian may end up. However, the fact that he appealed to the CAS after testing positive for tramadol twice in the last Tour de France, makes him (for the moment) still banned.

Even so, it seems interesting to us to continue pointing out the possibilities that continue to open up for the former Arkéa Samsic and Movistar Team rider. A new opening has been opened in the Trek - Segafredo team after the departure of Antonio Tiberi, who had not ridden since the UAE Tour, when it was made public that he had killed a cat and that he had been fined for it.

We will see if Nairo Quintana will land in the North American-based squad. What we can say about him is that he is in top form, that he continues training in Andorra and its surroundings and that he continues trying to get a European team, either for the second part of this season or for 2024, once the waters settle and the controversy dies down.
