Maxim van Gils arrives in the peloton and takes home the overall, whilst the Dutchman won the final stage the second time the race finished in AlUla.
The day started out with a lot of attacks but the breakaway didn't end up forming much of a threat to the stage win, although it featured 7th place in the overall Anthon Charmig and his teammate Martin Urianstad (Uno-X Pro Cycling Team), but also Polychronis Tzortzakis (Kuwait Pro Cycling Team) and Jannik Steimle (Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Team).
The latter resisted the furthest, being caught with 10 kilometers to go. Some attacks came after with Tim Declercq stiring it up mainly but soon after a bunch sprint became evident. It wasn't without issues though as favourite Caleb Ewan suffered a puncture inside the final 3 kilometers.
BORA led out the sprint for Danny van Poppel but soon he was swarmed, and in what was the exact same finale of stage 3, Dylan Groenewegen was once again the first to make it to the line, beating Daniel McLay and Davide Ballerini. As for the overall, it remained the same, with the Lotto Soudal rider Maxim Van Gils confirming the overall win in front of Santiago Buitrago and Rui Costa.
