Rotterdam likely to host Grand Départ of Tour de France Femmes 2024

Rotterdam will host Le Grand Départ of the Tour de France Femmes in 2024. The third edition of the Tour de France for women will start with a time trial in Rotterdam. Several sources have confirmed to WielerFlits that Rotterdam has now received this assurance from organizer ASO.

Last week a delegation from Rotterdam was present in Paris to discuss the final conditions of the start of the Tour de France Femmes with race organizer ASO. Normally, the Tour will confirm this news in the coming days in Bilbao at the start of the Tour de France for men.

The start of the Tour de France Femmes will take place on Monday, August 12, the day after the Olympic Games in Paris have ended. A time trial will then take place in Rotterdam. The next day there will be a stage from Rotterdam to Den Haag on the menu.
