Romain Bardet leads Team DSM in Tour de Suisse

Team DSM confirmed its lineup for upcoming Tour de Suisse. The team with five youngsters will be led by Dutch team's star rider Romain Bardet. This will be Frenchman's debut in the Swiss race as he'd usually ride Dauphiné in run-in to Tour de France.

Coach Pim Ligthart explains the goals of the team. "We are going to the Tour de Suisse with a strong team. Some guys come down from altitude and are motivated to achieve good results."

"With Romain we have someone who can make a shot at the general classification," says Ligthart. "However, we are taking it day by day and will weigh our chances before each stage. This stage race has it all with two time trials, sprint stages, breakaway opportunities and classification days. We're ready to go for it."
