Remi Cavagna wins the first stage of the Tour of Slovakia with 45-kilometer attack

Soudal Quick-Step's Frenchman Rémi Cavagna is the winner and thus the first leader of the Tour of Slovakia (Okolo Slovensko);

The Frenchman finished ahead Caja Rural's Ethiopian Mulu Hailemichael and teammate Kasper Asgreen at the finish line in Kosice. The decisive move came 45 kilometers from the finish line, when the Soudal - Quick-Step rider went solo and took an uncontested victory.
