"Recovery going well!" - Thymen Arensman back on the bike after crashing out of La Vuelta

INEOS Grenadiers haven't had the greatest of luck at the 2023 Vuelta a Espana with Thymen Arensman one of the riders being forced to abandon after a nasty crash on stage 7.

10 days after being rushed off the race in an ambulance to a Spanish hospital and just six days after having emergency dental surgery, the Dutchman has been back on his bike. "Recovery going well!" Arensman writes in an update on his Instagram story. "Great monitoring by the doctors of the INEOS Grenadiers and decided to try a little ride on the rollers. Only a shame it's 30 degrees outside."
