The 2023 Volta ao Algarve will take place from the 15th to 19th of February in the Algarve region, southern Portugal, where every year many of the world's best sprinters, time-trialists, classics riders and stage racer come together for a week of exciting racing. Here you can find the prize money that will be distributed between the riders in detail.
The Portuguese race is of a medium level but will host a heavy array of World Tour teams. The total amount of money that will be given will be of €70.885 between all riders and teams. The winner of the overall classification will take €9037 in the end of the race, whilst the winner of each stage takes €3615.

Furthermore €40 are given to the yellow jersey wearer at the end of each day, with the other three classifications having €30 euros given per day. There will also be small sums given to the first classified riders in the intermediate sprints and classified climbs from 1st to 4th category.
