From the 12th to the 19th of June the World Tour peloton will have it's final preparation race before the Tour de France. Running at the same time as the Critérium du Dauphiné it has tough competition, but every years the eight-stage race sees premier startlist and this year is no exception.
The total amount of prize money that is to be distributed in the eight-day stage-race will be of €148.250. In each stage there will be a total of €10.000 given out, with the winner taking 40% of it with €4.000.

As for the overall classification there will be €45.000 after the racing is concluded. The winner will have €18.000 of total prize to be distributed between the team and staff members, with the following places each having half of the rider above. There will also be prize money for: Leader of race after every stage; Points classification; KOM classification; Youth classification.
