PREVIEW | O Gran Camiño 2025 stage 5 - Can Derek Gee confirm overall win on gravel stage?

One of Spain's most recently created races, O Gran Camiño, has had very reputable winners in recent years and the 2025 throws up some surprises. The Galician race will start in Portugal, and take place from the 26th of February to the 2nd of March. We preview stage 5.
The general classification will be decided on the last day of the race, with another very demanding stage of 166.5 km. There will be two climbs to the Alto de Lampai, and three 'sterrato' sections before the finish in Santiago de Compostela.

How: Maybe a boring choice, but even in an explosive finale he will likely win because the form is great and so is the team.

- Chapeau to Pauline Ferrand-Prevot on a very nice victory. She is a deceivingly powerful rider, and it was impressive how she slowly pulled away like she did, pushing quite a big gear. It was an entertaining race to watch, and a pleasant surprise in the end.
