The biggest race of the year for the French based AG2R Citroen Team, the 2023 Tour de France sees the team bring a talented and dynamic squad capable of competing on various fronts.
Former fourth placed finisher at the Tour de France, Ben O'Connor will lead the general classification hopes this time around. The 27-year-old Australian also managed to take a stage win in 2021 and must be considered a contender for the podium if he can find his top form.
Alongside O'Connor, recent Giro d'Italia stage winner and Maglia Rosa wearer, Aurélien Paret-Peintre and one of the stars of the 2023 Tour de Suisse, Felix Gall are potential GC cards to use although more likely to breakaway stage hunters.
Benoît Cosnefroy, Oliver Naesen and Nans Peters will also be threats for a potential stage win and useful helpers for O'Connor with the team being completed by Stan Dewulf and Clement Berthet.
