Hopefully the women won’t be requesting equal prize money as for the men’s race. Even an average week long men’s race is harder than this travesty.15-04-2025 12:42

Come on, shorter stages, easier stages, less stages, easier one day races, shorter one day races, far lesser competition, slower speed, lack of bike handling skills and strategy … you can demand equality where it is due.. but that is rather not the case here. The men’s race was 20x more entertaining, so receiving 10x less is rather fair.25-03-2025 14:17

What a BS. Politt spreads the same BS too saying Armstrong raced a 9kg bike. It’s necessary to investigate the last 2 seasons. Before that the climbing times were at least little bit believeable. Now Pogacar destroys each and every climbing record from the murkiest era by multiple minutes riding effortlessly. Day in day out, entire season. Arrogantly saying it’s because of nutrition, changing coach, shorter cranks, better bikes and some more BS. As if all of this didn’t exist 3 years ago. Behind the scenes Mauro Gianetti, unrepentant doper who nearly killed himself while doping, is rofling and leading Pogacars team to even more success.03-03-2025 12:50

He is nowhere near Sepp’s level. Sepp has won a GT, a TdF stage, multiple Vuelta stages. Almeida has indeed won almost nothing so far. Wasting talent while riding as a domestique won’t make him a champion.11-02-2025 06:57

He travelled to Down Under rather to see koala bears and kangaroos than for some serious racing anyway.02-02-2025 22:50

Big step in his career? Really? Let’s be honest. The race failed to attract any decent riders. He beat a bunch of packfodders. Not the first time Pidcock being absolutely delusional. But perhaps his team demanded such an attitude from him since he may never beat any of the sport’s top dawgs…01-02-2025 21:46

That’s some sore loser comments from Brand. Could have ridden away when Fem opted to change bikes but was not strong enough. Such crying is just childish..01-02-2025 21:34

As if free-to-air cycling coverage was a human right in the UK. Come on, it’s the 21st century, you shouldn’t be surprised you gotta pay for a service. It’s no charity after all.30-01-2025 06:31

Always great to see legends of the past take it to the young guns. Mancebo is such a champion. Would love to see guys such as Alejandro Valverde or Riccardo Ricco give it a go and school some youngsters!24-01-2025 10:11
