Marianne Vos has finished up her preparations and now she is ready to compete in the Dutch Road Championships, the Giro d'Italia Donne, and the Tour de France Femmes.
Vos was forced to withdraw from Paris-Roubaix due to COVID-19. She was doing altitude training in the Sierra Nevada for last few weeks. She'll be fighting for the Dutch national championship stripes this weekend, and start the Giro d'Italia Donne this 30th of June.
"Bye-bye Pradollano. Time to leave the mountain and to go home and get ready. After 3 weeks of altitude and aiming for the right balance between training and relaxation the final countdown towards some beautiful racing is there," Vos wrote on her Instagram. She will compete for stage wins in the Giro d'Italia Donne, where she will be a significant contender, before travelling to the Tour de France Femmes, which begins on July 24th.
