The 18th stage of the Tour de France is the final opportunity for everyone who is not a pure climber to win in this race. The peloton has a day of racing ahead of them that takes place fully within the Alps but in reality misses any big climbs and provides a perfect launchpad for breakaways to succeed.
Riders to watch today are Wout van Aert, Mathieu van der Poel, Ben Healy, Oier Lazkano, Magnus Cort Nielsen or even Jasper Stuyven.

- There's no guarantees in life ! Anything can happen in or out of a bike race to change your fortunes if you're basing your whole year on the TdF. Sure you can reduce the odds in your favor but you only live once...go for it!frieders304-12-2024
