After the Tour du Doubs, the second round of racing this weekend in France saw a victory from Arkéa Samsic. Kévin Vauquelin has won the Tour du Jura in a difficult summit finish.
The final ascent to Mont Poupet was the decisive moment of the race, where the Frenchman continued to impress after a strong start to the season. Vauquelin attacked with just over two kilometers to go in the final ascent and crossed the line in the difficult weather alone. Thibaut Pinot and Guillaume Martin completed the podium.
