The 18th stage of the Tour de France has seen a surprise as the breakaway succeeded despite being kept on a tight leash. Kasper Asgreen has saved Soudal - Quick-Step's race.
The jury has taken the following decisions on stage 18:
Soudal - Quick-Step DS Tom Steels: Soigneurs in the middle of the road. 500CHF fine.
Soudal - Quick-Step soigneur Gino van Droogenbroeck: Exclusion from stage 19.
Jonas Abrahamsen (Uno-X Pro Cycling Team): Urinating in public. 200CHF fine.
