Jumbo-Visma all in for Paris-Roubaix glory - Van Aert, Laporte, Van Baarle and Van Hooydonck pursue final spring win

Jumbo-Visma have won five of all six main cobbled classics. The Tour of Flanders was their first defeat this spring, but at Paris-Roubaix they have the opportunity to recover their position at the top and they revealed a very strong lineup with all of their specialists.

Lacking the climbs Tiesj Benoot is not present, but the Dutch team sees the return of defending champion Dylan van Baarle. After recovering from a leg injury which sidelined him for the last few weeks - including Flanders - van Baarle comes in as a big option for the team. He and Nathan van Hooydonck will be second plans for the team, as Edoardo Affini, Tim van Dijke and Timo Roosen will be working and covering moves earlier in the day.

The main cards will be on two riders. Wout van Aert, winner of the E3 Saxo Classic who has here one of his two main objectives in the spring. After not being able to keep up with Pogacar and van der Poel in Flanders, he finds a better suited race here - also one where team depth is more important, and will give the team more room for maneuver.

The other is Christophe Laporte, winner of Gent-Wevelgem and Dwars door Vlaanderen. In Flanders he couldn't, but the plan was to support van Aert all-out. He put on a strong performance, and here in his home country he will be a very strong option for the win, as he also should have more freedom and more opportunity to attack, as well as a very strong sprint.

Jumbo-Visma for Paris-Roubaix: Wout van Aert, Dylan van Baarle, Edoardo Affini, Timo Roosen, Nathan van Hooydonck, Christophe Laporte and Tim van Dijke.
