About the finishes, he lamented the 'chaos' caused by the large number of sprinters in the
Giro d'Italia so far. "They have been chaos, there are many of us riders who want to be ahead and that generates a bit of chaos, but in the end that's cycling," he assesses. "That's what this Giro d'Italia is like with so many sprinters and we have to deal with that and see how we can take advantage."
Asked if today's sprint was better for him: "For me and for 15 riders and 15 teams who want to have their sprinters in front. The last kilometers are flat and have a couple of curves, there's going to be a lot of tension."
