Arjen Livyns has signed a two-year contract with Lotto Dstny. He will ride for the team till 2024.
"I'm hugely motivated to show myself," said Livyns. He continues, "I am very happy to finally get the chance in a big team like Lotto Dstny after five years as a pro. I'm looking forward to riding all those big races in a team that fights for victory: with a clear division of roles, a plan, and in a professional framework."
Livyns is quite eager to show his performance as a token to the team. He promises to deliver in all terrain either be it sprint or mountain. “I want to force my place in that classic team as soon as possible," said Arjen Livyns. " I am an all-rounder: I can go uphill for quite a long time and I am not afraid to get involved in the sprint preparation. I am very motivated to show myself,” concluded Livyns.

- I don’t call the writers here journalists, they are at best paid posters, no more knowledgable than many of us. I certainly don’t agree with everything they say or portray but I do understand they have to provoke to make their hitherto business model sustainable. And as it isn’t possible to discuss with them, it’s more interesting, rewarding and instructive to pick points to discuss with people willing to engage. I choose and have my own reasons for positive of negative opinions on riders and engage when someone disagrees on those, not interested in engaging on other reasons. What I agree with or don’t is pretty irrelevant though, I think you’ll agree JV gets his fair share of lifestyle criticism (also here) so why should TP be exempt?
