Giorgia Bronzini continues her sports director career at Human Powered Health. The 40-year-old Italian, who twice became world road champion during her career as a cyclist, was in the support car for Liv Racing TeqFind last season.
After Bronzini hung up her bike in 2018, she remained active within the cycling world. She first worked for several years as a sports director for the Trek-Segafredo women's team and switched to Liv Racing TeqFind in 2022. So now she chooses Human Powered Health.
"This is a new challenge for me. I am very excited to join Human Powered Health as I see a lot of potential," says the 2010 and 2011 road world champion, who also won gold in the track points race in 2009.
Bronzini wants to help create a 'winning culture' in her new team. "I'm looking forward to meeting the riders, getting to know their tactical skills and showing them the way. If there is a good relationship between the riders and the staff, the results will come automatically," she thinks.
