Sprinter Sasha Weemaes joins Bingoal WB on a two-year deal

Sasha Weemaes joins Bingoal WB after one season in the Human Powered Health and four years with another Belgian PRT team, the Flemish Sport Vlaanderen-Baloise. Highlight of the 25-year-old's season must have been stage win at Tour de Langkawi, backed-up by three more podium results.

"I’m excited to join the Bingoal WB team next year. 2023 was not my best year, largely due to health issues that kept me away from competition for a long time. The end of the season was better, I managed to get back in shape and obtain convincing results. My victory in Langkawi is a good example of this. My goals for the year 2024 mainly focus on my participation in races where I can express my sprinting skills and fight for victory," Weemaes said in a press release.
