Ellen van Dijk won the Individual time trial in the Baloise Ladies Tour. This is her second stage victory in the tour.
The world champion finished 15.6-kilometer track in 19 minutes and 34 seconds. German rider Mieke Kröger finished second 44 seconds behind van Dijk. Audrey Cordon-Ragot missed the silver by two seconds, and she had to satisfy herself with bronze. Although Lorena Wiebes did not secure any podium position in this stage, she finished fourth, 51 seconds behind van Dijk. Van Dijk now leads in the GC while Wiebes holds the second position.
