Dutch selections revealed for World Cup in Zonhoven including world champions Mathieu van der Poel and Fem van Empel

The hectic winter cyclocross schedule continues rolling along and on January 7th, the UCI World Cup comes to Zonhoven. The Dutch have announced their selections with rainbow jersey duo Mathieu van der Poel and Fem van Empel headlining.

Van der Poel will be the heavy favourite for victory as he looks to continue his dominant form since returning to the discipline this winter, joined by the likes of Lars van der Haar, Joris Nieuwenhuis and Pim Ronhaar among others. On the women's side, Van Empel will be joined by UCI World Cup leader, Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado, in-form Puck Pieterse and Lucinda Brand in an all-star lineup.

Men's race: Lars van der Haar, Joris Nieuwenhuis, Mathieu van der Poel, Pim Ronhaar, Ryan Kamp, Tibor del Grosso, Corné van Kessel, Mees Hendrikx, Stan Godrie, Danny van Lierop, Bailey Groenendaal, Guus van den Eijnden.

Women's race: Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado, Fem van Empel, Lucinda Brand, Puck Pieterse, Annemarie Worst, Inge van der Heijden, Manon Bakker, Denise Betsema, Aniek van Alphen, Leonie Bentveld, Lauren Molengraaf, Femke Gort, Larissa Hartog, Isa Nomden.
