VIDEO: King of the Mountains Donavan Grondin brought to a complete standstill by cramp at the Critérium du Dauphiné

After being part of the early breakaway, Donavan Grondin secured himself enough points to maintain his lead in the King of the Mountains competition at the Critérium du Dauphiné. For him to the keep the jersey however, he needs to finish the stage which may be a doubt.

Dropping back to the peloton, Grondin was soon spat out the back of the group. It became clear why as the man in the polka-dot jersey pulled up at the side of the road, seemingly with cramp. Check it out in the video below.
