'AJ' Andrew August became one of the INEOS Grenadiers' newest acquisitions over the recent off-season, joining the British-based team around the time of his 18th birthday.

Signing a three-year deal, big things are expected of the American, who will immediately start with INEOS Grenadiers at World Tour level. In the past, August has even been described as "Remco Evenepoel but with more power!" by Hot Tubes team's founder Toby Stanton in conversation with GCN a few months ago, doing nothing to ease the expectations.
