Remco Evenepoel has created a Youtube channel last year which has quickly gathered traction. On his sixth video, displaying the life of a pro rider; the Belgian opens the doors to all fans for what was a recent day where among other things, he had two training sessions and physiotherapy for his shoulder injury.

“The shoulder is still a bit stiff, so I didn't feel 100 percent on the bike yet. The feeling in my legs was good, but I still have a lot of work to do. That's all part of the rehabilitation," were some of his words and main takeaway.

The 21-video has Evenepoel on a pre-breakfast indoor training ride focusing on heat acclimatization, breakfast, a trip to a family member's running event, his main training session of the day and also physiotherapy to recover from the shoulder and shoulder blade fracture that he suffered at Itzulia Basque Country's high-speed crash.

The Soudal - Quick-Step rider may not yet be joined by his most important domestique Mikel Landa, but will take on an altitude training camp soon eyeing the Tour de France together with a few teammates. It will be a key part of his preparation, but he will still have to continue rehabilitation work throughout it.
