Velo d'Or candidates announced - Van der Poel and Pogacar favourites for men's award; Vollering and Kopecky battle for women's prize

The Velo d'Or awards will be given out on the 24th of October and the candidates for both men's and women's prizes have been announced, with the most successful riders of 2023 involved.
