Carlos Rodriguez, last year Vuelta a España 7th general classification rider and one of the revelations of the previous season will repeat his start being Volta a Comunitat Valenciana his first race has it was last season. Together with Carlos, will be the 6th place overall of last year's Vuelta a España and new INEOS-Grenadiers sign Thymen Arensman.
