The Sazka Tour will be taking place from the fourth to the seventh of August as one of the preparation races for the Vuelta a Espana. It will take place in the roads of the Czech Reupublic, with a mixed route that is to the liking of many riders.
The four day stage-race begins with a hilly day, however perhaps the one that suits the sprinters best with a flat circuit finale in Prostejov. Stage two will be a different affair as the race will head towards the mountains, with a double ascent to Pustevny (7.9Km; 6.6%) set to make the first big differences in the overall classification.
Stage 3 will be the queen stage, where the riders will have the shortest however the hardest stage into Dlouhé Stráne. This will be after two ascents of the Přístřešek pod Horní Nádrži climb which is over 12.5 kilometers long at 6.5% average gradient in it's final passage. The final day finally will see the riders race into Sterberk, in what is a hilly day with a very complicated start, and an explosive circuit which includes an 800-meter climb at 9% which will be raced four times.
