On the 13th of October we have one of the most special races of the season. The season is almost ending, and we have got the Chrono des Nations, the main time-trial one-day race event (excluding the World, European, National Championships and Olympic Games). We take a look at the profile.
It is a race with a lot of history, and it is a time-trial that is long as they used to be in previous decades in the sport. We have got a 45.5-kilometer time-trial in Les Herbiers, France, with two intermediate points and a flat route that will suit the specialists in the discipline.

- Those injuries, an ability to manage pain and push himself, probably a load of TUEs to help him get back from an awful moment, and competing that hard without the long exercise base that was the norm - no wonder he was exhausted.
