Prize money. From the 3rd to the 10th of March the World Tour peloton faces one of the most prestigious and difficult stage-races in the calendar. 'The Race to the Sun', Paris-Nice, will be on the road and providing opportunities for the best in the world to fight for wins.
The total prize money for the race is of €160.294 which comes together as the sum of all classifications and stage results. The winner of the overall classification takes home €16.000 whilst each stage winner wins €4000, with the first 20 riders across the line and in the GC each day take some sort of financial reward. The winners of the points and KOM classifications win €2000 whilst the Youth classification winner will take €800 in prize.

Prizes will be given on each intermediate sprint and KOM point, all classification winners will also receive some financial reward at the end of each stage. Each combativity award winner earns €300.
