Prize Money. On the 29th of July the World Tour peloton will get back on the road, leaving behind the Tour de France and going into Spain with a big variety of classics and stage-races. One will be the Clásica San Sebastián which will see the climbers and puncheurs come to the front in a battle for serious points.
€42.000 will be distributed between the riders in the race. This will be based on the riders who win a few classifications on the day based on intermediate sprints and KOM points, whilst the final classifications see the podium take €16.000, €8000 and €4000 respectively.
