The second day of a weekend full of exciting in France is taken by the Tour du Jura. Traditionally a classic won by puncheurs and climbers, this year's race will be no different and will take place on the 13th of April. We preview the race ahead.
The race will be 174 kilometers long and in it's first two third, rather hilly but not too complicated. However the riders find a 3.6-kilometer climb at 9% summiting with 34 kilometers to go, then very steep hilltops shortly after, and a final climb to Mont Poupet which is 9 kilometers long. It's final 4 average over 8% and will be a proper summit finish to test some of the best climbers in the peloton.
