Preview. On the 19th of April the riders will take on the second of the World Tour Ardennes classics. It is the day of the Flèche Wallone, one of the most reputably one-day races in pro cycling which has it's finale atop the famous Mur de Huy.
The 131-kilometer long route sees the riders race through the Belgian Ardennes. The race will be decided on an explosive hilly circuit which will be raced two times and include the Côte d'Ereffe (2.1Km; 5%), the Côte de Cherave (1.3Km; 8.1%) and to wrap things off, the Mur de Huy (1.3Km; 9.6%) itself which coincides with the finish line after gradients of over 15%.
