In his home town of Zilina in Slovakia, Peter Sagan has revealed the opening of an hotel themed around his career, filled with decorations and stories about his biggest victories in pro cycling.
"Introducing the @sp.resort - a one-of-a-kind boutique sports hotel tailor-made for all you passionate cyclists out there! With just a dozen cozy rooms, this place is all about providing an unforgettable experience for fellow riders like you," he wrote in an Instagram post. "It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned pro or just an absolute cycling beginner, this resort is the perfect oasis for your two-wheeled adventures! I can't wait to see you all pedaling through the scenic routes around Zilina and enjoying the amazing facilities that have been prepared for you!"
The pictures shared of the rooms by the resort have shown quite an amusing yet unique set of rooms, based around several races where he's succeeded in the past: Vuelta a Espana; Tour des Flandres; Tour de France; GP de Québec; Paris-Roubaix and the Tour de Suisse. In addition to that there are two more rooms dedicated to Slovakia and MTB, each with their own special features.
"But that's not all. The SP resort will also be home to the future Peter Sagan Hall of Fame, where you can discover all details of my cycling career! The opening is expected already in the fall, we will inform you about it. Whether you're a die-hard fan or a curious traveler that wants a unique experience, the SP resort is your perfect destination!" he added.
