Four riders of Team DSM have extended their contract with the team. Chris Hamilton and Kevin Vermaerke will ride for the team until the end of 2025, while Nils Eekhoff and Martijn Tusveld will continue with the team until the end of 2024.
Eekhoff, who made his debut in Tour de France this year, has been an integral part of the team for three seasons. "I am very happy to extend my contract with Team DSM; I think we fit perfectly. The team has shown a lot of trust in me during periods of bad luck but also in general, and I show that trust back to them - we have a good relationship," said Eekhoff.
Tusveld, who joined the team in 2018, expressed his gratitude for the support the team has provided him. "I feel that I am getting stronger as a rider year after year with the team, and I want to keep making those steps and keep progressing. I am excited to see what the next few years will bring," said Tusveld.
Hamilton joined the team in 2017. Since then, he has achieved numerous titles while playing a crucial role in supporting the team. Vermeer, who joined in 2021, is the youngest among four riders but has already achieved significant results. He finished 11th in the Tour of Oman in February. He also made his debut in the Tour de France this year.
