Julian Alaphilippe has eyed Flandres for the spring as his main goal but form has been inconsistent. The Frenchman looked strong at Tirreno-Adriatico but has since not shown his best legs. He's looking for revenge following the 2020 race where he crashed into a motorbike whilst fighting for a win.
Kasper Asgreen and
Yves Lampaert will be co-leading the team in an attempt to give it more options and participate in the expected attacks. Asgreen, 2021's winner, has also not shown his best form yet this spring and is unsure of being a candidate.
Florian Sénéchal will be present as well, with
Tim Declercq providing support.
The team will have options for the sprints that could decide positions within the Top10.
Davide Ballerini has been on good form lately and will be testing himself as an outsider. The surprise addition to the lineup is Belgian champion
Tim Merlier. He may not be a contender for the victory but his presence will be interesting.
