INEOS Grenadiers undergo staff changes amidst meaningful transfers

INEOS Grenadiers are losing Adam Yates and Richard Carapaz this winter, and with the absence of Egan Bernal at his best level, the team is focusing on it's youth. With this, the team will also see big changes in it's staff.

Three DS' of the British team will be leaving the team at the end of this season in Servais Knaven, Gabriel Rasch and Brett Lancaster. This makes a meaningful difference at the team's helm, who will see new figures in the team car in 2023.

However, Het Nieuwblad reports that two replacements have been already secured with former team rider Ian Stannard. Quick-Step's Davide Bramati has been said to join aswell, but he came out in the meantime to dismiss the claims.

The changes within the British team are imminent, as they look to prepare a new generation of leaders. Carlos Rodríguez is heavily hinted to be close to an agreement to leave INEOS at the end of 2023, seeing riders such as Tom Pidcock, Ethan and Leo Hayter, Ben Tullet and Ben Turner become some of the team's priorities, as they regain their focus in national talent.
