Euskaltel - Euskadi become first team to announce Vuelta a Espana lineup including final Grand Tour of Luis Ángel Maté

Euskaltel - Euskadi have become the first team to announce its team of eight who will compete at the 2024 Vuelta a Espana between August 17 and September 8 in the final Grand tour of the season.
