This past week has seen teams gain points at the Tour of Denmark, Czech Tour, BEMER Cyclassics and two Belgian classics in it's majority. It wasn't a week for huge changes, however in the team's UCI Rankings we see Uno-X Mobility gaining serious points, moving up the standings and threatening the World Tour status of a team that didn't expect to be deep in this battle.
You can check the previous update. UAE Team Emirates - XRG remain at the top of the standings where they will continue until the endd of the season. When it comes to the points scored in 2025, Lidl-Trek has closed the gap to Team Visma | Lease a Bike slightly this week mainly due to Mads Pedersen's triumph at the Tour of Denmark. Visma had the chance to match it but Cian Uijtdebroeks' implosion on the queen stage of the Czech Tour saw him lose the overall classification he was close to conquering.
The interesting changes we see are towards the bottom of the standings where XDS Astana Team now have 1100 points over Intermarché - Wanty that sit in 18th place, whilst Team Picnic PostNL has around 650 points of lead over the Belgian team. But Intermarché are now being chased directly not by Arkéa - B&B Hotels but instead Uno-X Mobility who have scored 375 points this week (more than half from Jonas Abrahamsen's triumph at the Circuit Franco-Belge) and are now less than 1200 points from a possible promotion to World Tour level. With two months of racing left, there is still the potential for a lot to change.
