Elisa Longo Borghini takes super seventh Italian national time-trial victory

Elisa Longo Borghini is once again the Italian time-trial champion, taking the title at the National Championships for the fourth straight year and the seventh time in total.

The 31-year-old, Trek - Segafredo rider took the win by 47 seconds ahead of FDJ-Suez rider, Marta Cavalli. The ridiculous dominance that Longo Borghini has held over her fellow Italians in recent years shows no signs of letting up, having also won the road race title three times.
