After the 'cork incident' where Girmay, after his win on the 11th stage of the Giro d'Italia, blasted a champagne cork straight into his eye on the podium celebrations causing him to be forced to abandon the race under unusual circumstances, he's taken the topic lightly and now shows a specific design with a cork wearing boxing gloves which he will likely be using in the upcoming Tour de Wallonie, likely his return to competition after the national championships.
