Ashleigh Moolman wins Tour de Romandie Feminin as Marta Lach secures the final stage

Marta Lach has won the third and final stage of the Tour de Romandie Feminin. She was the fastest amongst her rival in the final sprint and crossed the finish line first to secure the victory.

No one was able to take the lead in the first 39 kilometres of the stage then we got to meet the riders of today’s breakaway. The breakaway included Ella Harris (Canyon–SRAM) and Quinty Ton(Liv Racing Xstra). The duo worked together and took a considerable lead of 5 minutes and 25 seconds.

The duo was caught 10 kilometres before the finish line. In the end, it was Marta Lach who came out on top in a chaotic sprint and took the stage win. Tamara Dronova gave tough competition to Lach, but she had to settle for silver, while Arlenis Sierra took bronze. Ashleigh Moolman is the overall winner of the tour.
